HARDWARE  SERVICES (Hardware Not Included)

At ZEN Professionals we implement a flat rate billing system to prevent our customers from paying for unproductive time. Instead we want you to pay for a job well done!! Although most of our services can be performed onsite customers do have the option to have their computers removed and worked on at our office for a $25 fee. The fee includes pick-up and unhooking the computer, when the computer is done it will be returned in a prompt manner where it will be hooked up, powered on, and reviewed for customer satisfaction. Pick-up and return are available within a thirty-mile radius of our office; if you are beyond this, but would like to request a pick-up or return, please contact us.

Full System Checkout
This is routine maintenance that should be performed semi-annually at a minimum.

  • Check drive(s) for errors
  • De-fragment hard disk drive
  • Scan all drives for viruses
  • Clean case internal and external
  • Clean and inspect fan assembly's
  • Un-install/Remove old software
  • Backup user data
  • Install all Microsoft updates
